Yes, we recognize the beauties, because the short animation film Logorama we screened at our festival is nominated for an Academy Award! We keep our fingers crossed for the people of H5, especially Nicolas Schmerkin.

New film: The film Dark City on Sunday 01.11.2009 at 20.00 in Cinerama 2 is replaced by a very special screening of the film Taxandria.
New film: The Pre Architecture Shorts program (check it out!) has been added with the fabulous Logorama
The Citymedia program at the underground station Beurs starts daily every hour from 6 PM till 12 PM with a very special program with items about the AFFR films: Visual Acoustics and Koolhaas Houselife and the complete screening of Civic Life-Who killed brown owl? and Civic Life – Moore Street.
Cancelled film: The short Utopia 3, the world’s largest shopping mall, has been cancelled. Replacement on Friday is the beautiful classic Daybreak Express.
Cancelled shorts program: The screening of Avant Garde Architecture of Hope 2 will be replaced by a repeat of Avant Garde Architecture of Hope 2.
Cancelled debate: The Planning Disasters Debate is cancelled due to an unforseen planning disaster
An extended Q&A with Oeke Hoogendijk will be added to the screening of The New Rijksmuseum
